General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Saliteclothing.com
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between SALITE (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers via the website saliteclothing.com.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is only concluded upon the Provider’s express acceptance of the order or upon delivery of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
The prices valid at the time of the order shall apply.
Payment may be made in advance, via PayPal, or through other payment methods offered during the checkout process.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated during the order process.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay.
The Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods are permanently unavailable.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason.
Further details on the right of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form can be found in the Cancellation Policy.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of defects, the customer has the right to supplementary performance, reduction in price, or cancellation of the contract, provided the legal requirements are met.
8. Liability
The Provider shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”) and limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
9. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory regulations shall apply.
